SO AFTER "READING" OVER HALF THE BOOK THIS WEEKEND, I'VE GROWN TO DISLIKE THIS BOOK MORE AND MORE. NOTHING IS HAPPENING. HOLDEN JUST KEEPS GOING AROUND DOING RANDOM THINGS LIKE GETTING DRUNK AND BEAT UP. I REALLY DON'T SEE WHAT'S SO GREAT ABOUT THIS BOOK. IT'S INCREADIBLY BORING. THERE'S NOTHING INTERESTING ABOUT LISTENING TO SOME KID RAMBLING ON ABOUT A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT.
NO I'M NOT YELLING AT YOU, I JUST LIKE THE CAPSLOCK BUTTON.

First off Caps Lock not nessisary, secondly I agree with you one hundred percent I think Salinger was as high as a kite when he wrote this book it is terrible

Yes, I understand that this book probably wasn't everyone's favorite. I liked it at points. However, like you, I found myself despising it.
We all have different tastes, I guess.
